The structure
How we work
The association Espoir de Chantenay has recently moved from a classic office structure (treasurer, president, secretary) to a more participative committee organization. The volunteer members of the association's management committee are attached to one or more of the 6 commissions according to their experience or affinities.
We need new members to make these committees live and each of your hours will be a great help to us.
The commissions
HR and Internal Relations Commission
No training without coaches! Here, you will manage their schedule and meet their needs. And you'll be in charge of the general meetings!
Competition Commission
Calling all managers! Become a team manager to help us manage our championship teams and make sure everything is in order.
Registration Committee
There are over 200 registrations and re-registrations to be completed each year, and it's no easy task! Come and participate to speed up the process.
Treasury Commission
For those who like numbers, balance sheets and profit and loss statements! You can help us to manage the accounts of the association by joining the treasury commission.
Animation Commission
We are always looking for original ideas to animate the collective, and we always need communicators. If you want to organize an event or advertise the association, join us!
External Relations Commission
The association could not function without partners or subsidies... if you have the soul of a negotiator and you are ready to represent the association with the institutions, it is here.
